Clotted Cream Fudge

Butter fudge handmade by Romney's of Kendal. Made in small batches in copper pans, this butter fudge is mixed with the finest clotted cream creating a deliciously smooth texture.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Full Cream Sweetened Condensed MILK (milk, sugar, lactose), Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (palm, palm kernal oil), Salted BUTTER (4%)(butter, salt), Fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), Cornish Clotted Cream (4%)(MILK), Clotted Cream Flavour, Salt.
