Rum & Raisin Fudge

Butter fudge handmade by Romney's of Kendal. Made in small batches in copper pans, this butter fudge is mixed with Jefferson's dark rum from the west coast of Cumbria and sweet raisins.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Full Cream Sweetened Condensed MILK (milk, sugar, lactose), Non Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat (palm, palm kernal oil), Salted BUTTER (4%)(butter, salt), Fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), Raisins (1%), Jefferson's Rum (1%), Rum Flavour, Salt.
