Sherbet pips are small, crunchy pieces of Lemon, Pineapple and Strawberry flavour tangy sherbet bursting with sharp, fizzy flavour. These colourful little crystals deliver a punchy, mouth-tingling sherbet taste with a satisfyingly crisp bite. Bright, sweet and wonderfully nostalgic, they’re a classic pick-and-mix favourite that brings the fun, fizzy taste of the traditional British sweet shop in every handful.

While "pips" existed earlier, the addition of a fizzy sherbet centre followed the 19th-century invention of sherbet powder by European chemists. By the early 20th century, British confectioners began mass-producing boiled sweets with these fizzy cores. Sherbet pips reached their peak popularity in the 1950s and 60s as a common "pocket money" treat.
